PerCoTech is a specialist for the chemical vapor deposition process (CVD). By the thermal decomposition of organometallic compounds in a rough vacuum layers with certain specifications are growing on a provided substrate material. Superconductors, corrosion and wear resistant lavers or thermal barrier coatings are only some few examples from the broad pallet of materials that can be produced by CVD.
