CVD single source devices:

An exclusive single source technology of PerCoTech allows us to provide layers made of simple oxides like CeO2, stoichiometric mixed oxides like LaAlO3, oxides with complex compositions, as well as single- and multilayers, doped with other ions. If you have a special problem, ask us for a solution!

Reel-to Reel process
|
A precise, continuous process is an absolute prerequisite for the industrial production of superconductive wires. But a Batch process which delivers 100 m long wires also remains a Batch process. PerCoTech has a genuine continuous process by its linear coating system and thus can coat wires of arbitrarily length.

Low Temperature CVD
|
|
By a special process engineering PerCoTech is able to perform CVD coating processes at defined low temperatures around 300-400 °, resulting crystalline layers. Throughout this ability new coatings become of economically interest witch haven't been performed till now because of more effortful plasma or laser enhanced processes. Ask us after a solution!

Product quality
|
To achieve a constantly high quality of our superconductors PerCoTech became successful with tests of miscellaneous nickel ribbons provided by variously suppliers. The surface composition of the respective ribbons is fundamental for the later current load-capacity. PerCoTech can optimize the structure by a specific pretreatment of the delivered ribbons. The aim is to achieve a constant quality of the end product.
